Downloading TeamViewer

In this video, I walk you through the process of downloading and running TeamViewer with SubLink. First, you'll need to visit sublink.com and navigate to the support link to access the remote support download page. Once downloaded, you can run the application to get your ID and password, which you'll need to provide to us for remote assistance. If you already have TeamViewer installed, you can simply access it through the help tab in either point of sale or back office. Please ensure you follow these steps so we can assist you effectively.
