Confirm a EFT Provider

When running a batch, you may need to confirm which EFT provider a customer is using. This can be verified within the EFT Provider Maintenance settings.

Steps to Check the Provider

1. Navigate to EFT Provider Maintenance
2. Review the Provider Listing section
3. Locate the active provider in the list

4. The selected provider will show the associated Export DLL and Import DLL, which indicates the provider being used (for example, Gulf, SimCD, etc.)
