In the Credit Card Processing Settings section, select the correct processing method:

⚠️ Important:
Do not assume “Cayan” should be selected.
- The correct selection depends on how the site is set up.
- Even when using SunLync with Cayan credentials, the processing type may be PC Charge or another option.
- Always confirm with onboarding notes or the processor setup before choosing.

Best Practices
- Always verify which processing type should be selected before configuring
- Do not default to “Cayan” without confirmation
- Test a transaction after setup
- Enable prompts for refunds and voids to prevent mistakes
- Remember to update both tabs if needed- payments will not work if they not both updated
- Your processor changes the password or yourself Sunlync does no assist with password reset.
